इंटर्नशीपसाठी नियम, अटी व शर्ती खालील प्रमाणे आहेत.
उमेदवारास संगणकीय तांत्रिक ज्ञान असावे व त्याचे इंग्रजी व मराठी भाषेवर प्रभुत्व असावे. संभाषण व लेखन कौशल्य असावे.
इंटर्नशीपचा कालावधी 6 महिन्यांचा असेल. विहित कालावधी संपेपर्यंत उमेदवाराला इंटर्नशीप सोडता येणार नाही. (अपवादात्मक परिस्थितीत सक्षम प्राधिकारी यांची परवानगी आवश्यक) महाराष्ट्र सायबरकडून उमेदवारास कोणताही भत्ता, प्रवास भत्ता देण्यात येणार नाही. महाराष्ट्र सायबरच्या कार्यालयात उमेदवारास कार्यालयीन दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपस्थित रहावे लागेल.
महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या कार्यालयांसाठीचे गोपनियतेसंदर्भातील सर्व नियम व कायदे यांचे पालन उमेदवारास कसोशीने करावे लागेल. कार्यालयीन कोणतेही विषय/माहिती यांचा गैरवापर करणे, फेरफार करणे, ताब्यात घेणे असे गैरप्रकार उमेदवारास कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत करता येणार नाहीत.
असे महाराष्ट्र सायबर विभाग, विशेष पोलीस महानिरीक्षक यांचेमार्फत कळविण्यात आले आहे.

Terms and Conditions for Internship.
The candidate should have technical knowledge with strong oral and written communication Skills in English and Marathi.
The internship will be for a period of six months and the selected candidate shall not be allowed to leave internship till the period is over, except subject to approval from relevant authorities on case to case basis.
The candidates shall not be paid any kind of stipend or travelling expenses by Maharashtra Cyber.
Each selected candidate should be present on working days at Maharashtra Cyber office, during office hours.
The candidates are expected to maintain confidentiality and abide by the rules and regulations of this government office. Under no circumstances, the candidates will be permitted to tamper/take away or misuse any data belongs to this office.
